Our Sonoran desert is unique to the world and the saguaro cactus (Carnegiea gigantea) is the icon of the Sonoran desert. Sometime this giant is wrongfully placed and shown in other deserts. Just as the saguaro is adapted to the specific Sonoran desert, design  should be adapted for specific landscapes and cities. Chad Gnant has over 20 years experience working in the desert landscape and like the saguaro adapts to the meet the challenges and changes occurring in the southwest.

GNANT DESIGN is a boutique concept design studio in Scottsdale, Arizona.  We listen to our clients so we clearly understand the and goals and needs of each project.   

We keep our ears and eyes open in order to keep up with the growth patterns and urban design demands of the biggest 27 cities in Maricopa County that make up the Valley of the Sun. Each city is unique and the approach to each planning and development design should be the same.
